There's a huge amount of legal precedent related to body autonomy. For example, you can't be forced to give blood or bone marrow even if it will save someone else's life. You can't harvest organs from a dead body without prior consent from the person. And yet, women don't have that same level of control over what happens to them because the "personhood" of the fetus supercedes her own.
