There's this weird notion out there in Bro-land that lots of men are lonely but that almost no women are. I'm not sure how they make the numbers work on that scenario, but they also don't take into account female loneliness inside of relationships - as you've pointed out. And yes, some men are lonely within their relationships as well. Dismantling patriarchal norms and gender expectations would go a long for us all.
