There's virtually no such thing as misandry. Women speaking up about a harmful culture of masculinity is not anti-men, it's anti-harm, and it needs to keep taking place because decades of talking about it and pointing out how it causes harm have resulted in very little improvement so far. And I do speak up routinely about the ways that women can and do uphold patriarchy. Of course, we all need to do our part, but as 60 years of women talking about what's wrong has proven, men are only going to listen when other men talk about the need for change. Masculinity = violence, domination and stoicism needs to change. Women need to support that and they need to do their own personal work to be good humans, but on a societal level, it is up to the ones with Y chromosomes to take the lead and start doing the work to shift the culture of what masculinity means in this society.
