This guy was trying to tell me the other day about how if one woman didn't feel a spark with you that means no woman ever would. I tried to give examples of how insanely wrong that is, but he was deep into Incel land and wouldn't listen (because what would a woman know about who she is attracted to?)

I definitely like all sorts of different types of men, from the guy with the chiseled arms and shoulders to the willowy sort who wears eyeliner and can rock a flowered shirt. Diversity is a strong evolutionary trait, so I guess that makes sense.

Being self-confident enough to be who you are and to dress as you prefer (and not just be pigeon-holed into somebody else's idea of what is manly) is extremely sexy. Great essay!
