When there are cracks in my self-assurance, insecurities worm through and manifest into jealousy. I see confidence as an immune system. And jealousy is the common cold. Everyone is susceptible to it. But you’re more likely to catch it if you don’t have enough sleep, exercise, good food, and happiness.
