This is my new "sermon" - preached each and every time a guy says that he hasn't done anything so he shouldn't be lumped in with guys who do. My position is, you either uphold the current norms of masculinity that allow that stuff to go on or you are challenging them and trying to make things better for us all. If you aren't a part of the solution, then you are, in fact, a real part of the problem.
