This is one of the best and most thorough critques of Peterson that I’ve seen. Brava! I’m a big Riane Eisler fan and talk about her work often in my writing. It’s nice to see others writing about partnership and dominance hierarchies.

Peterson was the eldest child of three and his mother was a librarian. I’ve long contended that he has significant “mommy issues” and seems to have never forgiven her for having other children and a career which meant that she no longer could give all attention to him. Interviewers never ask him the right questions.
