This is what really makes me crazy, because it never even occurs to these guys that they aren't magically in possession of "the truth." And because of that, they feel no qualms about challenging women who are writing using scientific or academic sources, or who are writing from their own personal experience - using nothing but their (self) esteemed unsubstantiated "everyone knowns" point of view to counter them.
