True, but it's about so much more than the gender aspect. Unless we change the larger power dynamics as well, the system remains intact. The fact that business is embracing more partnership, and less patriarchy is a good sign, but the still very strong support for Trump and those like him demonstrates just how much many people in this country still want to cling to this stratified system. They were willing to overthrow the government to maintain it - and to justify that as right even if not willing to do it themselves.

I'm hopeful, but not overly so. There is still a huge amount of push back to any flattening of the dominance hierarcy.
