Very interesting about the breast cancer thing. I appreciate the clarifying things you’ve said and I don’t disagree — I just still have a hard time teasing out the nurture from the nature. Your Norway example as relates to violence is a great example. If violence is a basic human instinct (nature) but happens distinctly differently amongst cultures, then it seems that perhaps it’s really more nurture/culture. Some women are compulsively jealous, but I think it’s primarily from growing up in a possessive and competitive culture.

In any case, it’s an interesting conversation.
