Very interesting and informative. Other than one friend who had a terrible time with hot flashes, I've not personally known any women having wild mood swings but that doesn't mean they don't happen just because it's not in my personal experience. This is definitely a topic that needs to be more out in mainstream discourse. I'd never heard anyone talk about menopause until I was of the age to be in it and that's just silly.
