Well first of all, the term "feminist" applies to millions of people and around 17 different "sects" so that's a pretty big generalization, but if you're going to generalize, feminists on the whole do care about how men are harmed by patriarchy. All mainstream feminist organizations speak to how gender equality is for the benefit of everyone. They object when men try to recenter themselves in discussions about how women have been systemically marginalized and oppressed by an androcentric dominance hierarchy system, and they get fed up with guys who want to cling to the parts of patriarchy that benefit them, while asking for sympathy for the rest of it. But over all, feminists are quite sympathetic to how men are harmed by this social system, because they are lot more aware of how the system operates than the average man.
