Well, most people don't view Red Pill shit as taking responsibility for yourself - quite the opposite, and maybe you've seen a different side, but in general the Manosphere is widely acknowledged as a cess-pit of white supremacist, misogynistic bullshit from guys who got hurt by a woman or who are mad that the world is changing to one where they aren't the top of the heap by accident of birth.
I'm willing to acknowledge there are different aspects and you may not have personal experience with what is described - but it's very well documented that it's out there. Clinging to outdated and harmful norms of masculinity all the while blaming feminists and women in general for one’s problems is not exactly healthy. I know a couple of guys who were active several years ago and then moved away as it become more misogynistic and white supremacist. Maybe that's not your experience, but it's definitely a prevalent dynamic.
