Well, thanks for your kind words, but I don't understand what this means - "the communication needs to be laundered of bias." Aside from the fact that several journals were cited confirming that people involved in CNM do overall have better communication, I already explained to you why that is. If there are no pre-fab rules, no pre-fab roles, and multiple people involved, of course you have to communicate much better and more often than two people who are subconsciously plugged into a structure that tells them what their relationship is supposed to look like and be.
