We're all swimming in the same societal soup. Judging people for not having completely successfully transcended that by some metric of someone else's isn't really fair. For me, what matters is if the person is trying to transcend it, is trying to find their authentic self and to be who they want to be. Most women don't really come into their own and find their own voice until at least their 40s. Maybe that "shouldn't" be the case, but in reality it is. Alicia needs to get a grip and just be glad that more and more high profile women are starting to talk about this - no matter their age.
