Times have changed and it's like any other sort of terrorist radicalization. Bad actors take regular guys who just happen to be vulnerable for whatever reason and turn them into irrational hateful men who find comraderie in their hate.

I totally get that not all lonely men subscribe to these extreme beliefs, but at this point in time, that is what the term incel now means.
