What happened to unconditional love? You're making a bunch of judgements about something that you clearly don't really know anything about based in preconceived ideas and biases. Is your objection to the number of sex partners or that they are taking money? Because people who are professional escorts are much safer about STDs than most other people who are having a lot of sex. They also get tested regularly, which is something most other people who are having a lot of sex aren't doing.
And what makes you think it's a slippery slope to pimps, etc.? On what do you base that on other than your biases? In the age of the internet, professional companions don't need pimps and do just fine without them and they do screening and take precautions not to get trafficked. They have websites and screening services, they share information about dangerous or problematic clients and often look out for each other. The women and men I know who do this as a career are professionals and entrepreneurs. It’s still a somewhat dangerous job, but that’s the fault of the society that marginalizes and shames them. The “loving” thing to do would be to legalize their work and offer them the additional protection that would bring.
How are people who have disabilities who are seeking a way to have the sexual part of their humanity tended to bringing that on themselves? I’m talking about physical disabilities here. Seriously, if you are going to put Unconditional Love in your profile, you really must put this type of uninformed judgmentalism to the side. If you believe you know what’s best for someone else, you don’t actually love them.
