What makes you think that bullying using sex as a weapon is an intimate act? It’s an intimate act in the same way that murder might be classified as an intimate act, but otherwise it’s just dominance posturing. And when someone is traumatized by someone else’s actions, who gives a fuck if the perpetrator was unconscious enough to fool himself into thinking it was an intimate act? I’m sure Dr. Mengele considered his scientific experiments to be valuable research. That doesn’t make them morally defensible.
C’mon, man — you are grasping at straws and making shit up to suit your narrative. There are plenty of codified, consistent, open guidelines for looking into such allegations. Every company has them as a part of their Human Resources materials, and has had them for decades. They typically result in not much at all happening to the perpetrator and the victim getting labeled as a trouble maker who isn’t a team player. It’s high time for that shit to stop.
In the case of CBS and the Dallas Mavericks (and many other high profile cases), outside law firms were hired to investigate. Innocent men’s lives are not being ruined by vindictive bitches on any significant level. Meanwhile, innocent women’s lives are being ruined wholesale left and right, as has always been the case.
