What that sounds like you are saying to me is that this quote (from a social scientist) is about as believable as what red-pillers say. That's what "in the same vein as" means. If you can't make yourself more clear in your expression, that's not my fault.

It's not like bro-culture is actually up for debate. I've already linked to you several things where thousands of boys and men describe exactly this. If you aren't "bright" enough to listen to what other boys and men pervasively say about the norms of masculinity in our culture, then I can't help you. You can keep tilting against windmills and whining about how unfair things are when that doesn't change anything, or you can actually learn about the dynamics in play and try to improve them for the betterment of us all.
