While I agree that incels and rapists can't claim that they have a right to sex, people don't typically die from lack of clothing or shelter either - but it does impede their ability to focus on other levels of the hierarchy of needs if those basic ones aren't met. Sex is a basic instinct that affects other aspects of life. It is a hunger that is very similar to the one for food, even though it is not needed as frequently. That doesn't justify just taking it without consent, but that drive is there (for most people) none-the-less.
