While I appreciate your in-depth analysis and largely agree with you, I don't understand why you'd just assume that I don't know what I'm talking about re Seven. Why would someone just assert that if they didn't have a good reason? The fact that you don't know something doesn't mean that nobody else does. In the latest series, Picard, Seven has a long-running relationship with another woman, Raffi. Instead of essentially saying, "You don't know what you're talking about," why don't you, in the future, ask question if something seems out of sync with what you thought - e.g., "I didn't realize Seven was a lesbian. Where does that come in to the storyline?"
