While it's natural for children to do this, I wish more parents like you were rounding out their child's perceptions and making it clear that in many ways, men and women are a lot alike and that one is not better than the other.

I was watching American Ninja Warrior the other day and on that episode, two women were the only ones to finish the obstacle course. They were both physically and mentally strong. I also love how everyone honestly cheers for everyone else on that show. I wish we had more of that kind of thing modeled in our culture.
