Who is to say that any of them were written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit? How do we truly know? The Council of Nicea (made up of entirely human men with entirely human biases, beliefs and politics) decided that for their own purposes. The fact that this become our Bible and other things were excluded is entirely political and due to the beliefs and biases of the men who happened to be on that council hundreds of years after the death of Christ.
