Why exactly do you imagine that you can tell women what they should feel and think and that you can speak for them and "manage" their experiences for them? Just exactly how delusional are you?
Men and women aren't the same - all individuals are individuals. There are men who like ballet and cooking and fashion - and they are "real men." There are also women who are great at fixing cars and inventing machines and doing physics. Trying to pretend that you can divide society into a binary is stupid and artificial and harmful to most.
Men have never protected the safety of women. The people most likely to hurt a woman are the men in her life and it's a Hollywood fantasy that men protect women in any way shape or form on any sort of systemic level. If they did, we wouldn't' have the extreme levels of violence against women that we do. Do fucking better!

Roles are for morons. Be a person. Be an individual who thinks for himself. Men have provided by prohibiting women from being able to participate in the world much at all until about 50 years ago. You are essentially advocating for the asshole version of patriarchy and saying it's fine. That doesn't reflect all that well on you.
