Women have been making it loud and clear for years now that overwhelmingly they do not want to see this unless they've been asked and agreed to it - and yet huge numbers of men continue to do this unsolicited - because they want to, because they find it gratifying in some way. I really wonder when, if ever, this will finally stop? It's illegal in most US states now, but I don't know how often it is actually prosecuted.
