What we see on TV about prison tends to give the impression of the list you posted. It has us thinking, sure, you don't have freedom, but at least your basic needs are covered in a humane way that also includes some enrichment. What I keep learning from you, is this is not remotely the case. I get how covid has complicated some things, but it sounds like there was a lot of room for improvement even before that.
