WTF? Telling you that I know people who are sex workers who do not want to be pitied, and who want to be seen and valued as "regular" human beings is not "lecturing" anyone and is certainly not misogynistic. It's simply relaying their perspective and their experience - something that you seem to believe you have the right to discount without even knowing them. How are you any different than patriarchal men in that respect?
Why is allowing women to make their own choices and live their own lives a problem? Why do you get to decide for them what is healthy or appropriate? I can think of few other outlooks that are as paternalistic and patriarchal.
