Yeah, I don’t really see this Congress voting to extend the ratification deadline retroactively, but it does present some interesting and not yet completely settled legal questions, particularly in light of the 27th amendment being ratified after 203 years.

Despite the very real obstacles, the momentum that has started in Virginia and around the country with more and more women running for office and moving on issues that they care about, is good to witness.
