Yeah, I'm well know for just pulling stuff that has no basis in fact out of the air and asserting it is true... 🙄

I'm not going to go into this further - we've got too many irons in the fire here already, but yes, American capitalism is predicated on a permanent underclass of lettuce pickers and maids and other cheap labor that makes the lives of the rest of us easier. Some people escape to a better life but many don't and even the ones that do make it out are simply replaced with the next batch of underpaid, undervalued workers who support our comfort. Look into yourself if you don't think it's true.
