Yeah, it would be great if men were brought up to naturally rely on their friends and family in this way like women are - without having to go to a designated group in order to find a place where they can be vulnerable and open - but we aren't there yet. We need a massive cultural shift that women must support as well, but I do believe that men doing this kind of work in these sorts of groups is a good first step.
