As for men, my advice for you is to start learning how to cook and clean, and to be kind to others. Learn skills and hobbies that you can talk to and relate to people about. Start treating women as people, rather than potential sex partners. Have regular conversations and interactions with women that don’t have the goal of sex or a date in mind, so that you gain confidence in talking to and approaching women.
