Yes, a few elite men have way more power than they should, and way more power than the average Joe, but to some extent, that is the history of the dominance hierarchy for the past 6k years. Grass roots efforts have been going on since the 1970s for men doing this sort of work but we need a larger number of guys to get on board, and for it to become more mainstream. That’s the only hope we have of shifting anything about this culture. Adapt or go extinct. Too many men are raging against how they think things ought to be, rather than going about the business of adapting. I see that as a huge mistake.
