But, I do know what you mean about all the messaging women constantly receive (when we were younger) but even today to some extent, that men are people and women are antecedents to them. It took me quite a while to deprogram from that as well. And yes, it's a really great thing when you finally get that YOU are the authority figure. Hugs!
