Yes! I have several friends who are in their mid-50s and don't have children and I don't think any of them regret it. As much as I adore my son, I sometimes wonder if I would have had a child if I'd not been so bought into the narrative of "this is just what you do." In any case, moving away, even if just a little bit, from the cultural notion that a woman is not complete unless she is married and has children, is a very good thing. It's not right for every woman and that should be OK - particularly since it is no-one else's business.
