Yes to all of this! My husband and I recently vacationed at a topless optional resort and pretty much all of this was in play. Interestingly, the only women (for the most part) who kept their tops on were young women who although more likely to have conventionally attractive bodies, still did not have the self-confidence to bare their chests.
