Yes, we clearly have a different definition - which is the purpose of this OP - to explain what the classic, original (also my) definition is and how that's different from a much more general one that has become more widely used. Although I do agree that being passive-aggressive is a part of toxic femininity, all women ARE prey in our culture, so that's not exactly a toxic trait. The fact that not all men perpetrate that is irrelevant, because to some extent they do tolerate it, or it wouldn't still be taking place. And, since pretty much all women have been subjected to violence/sexual violence at the hands of men repeatedly in their lives, it's not unreasonable to be cautious or wary.
But, I appreciate the conversation.
