You are being absurd. First of all, 10 is the median age of puberty these days.
“The onset of puberty, the time in life when a person becomes sexually mature, typically occurs between ages 8 and 13 for girls and ages 9 and 14 for boys.”

And secondly, as I already noted to you in another comment, all beavers are animals but that doesn't mean all animals are beavers. If pretty much all women have been sexually harassed by 17 and a significant number of those first had that happen at 10 or 11, with the bulk by 15- as per the Cornell study that I linked to you - that has nothing whatsoever to do with who the population of men who are doing this is. It doesn't remotely mean that all men are pedophiles - it means that our culture tolerates this dynamic and that whatever percentage of men do this feel free to do it pervasively without consequences.
I was in error to say that nearly all girls experience this by 10, but the fact remains a significant and troubling number do experience it by that age - and pretty much all do by 15 with the rest by 17 — which isn’t exactly significantly better. Are you happy now that I'm being more precise? Are you going to stop focusing on that imprecision and start caring about the fact that girl-children of any age nearly universally have been subjected to this? I was first harassed at 10, and I know dozens of other women personally who had the same experiences. There are about 30,000 women on Twitter who say the same thing at #FirstHarrassed. So sue me for having that vividly seared in my brain and having it influence my discussion of this topic!!
