You are correct that patriarchy is a dominance-based hierarchy that primarily benefits only a few at the top of the pyramid of power. And that being said, there are more Fortune 500 CEOs named John or Jon than there are women in that position; Congress is about 27% female (significantly up from just from a few years ago); women are 16% of uniformed military officers.
Men have the vast majority of screen time and lines -even in movies that are ostensibly about women. Despite that and a vast array of other statistics, not all men have the same level of privilege as those at the top of the pyramid, but objectively, they still have vastly more than any women do. Blaming women for problems caused by late stage capitalism and patriarchy is not only out of line, it's completely delusional and essentially just a scapegoat scheme.
