You are the one who is being ridiculous. Other types of fraud have elements that are considered material in order to meet the definition of that word. This would be no different.

Maybe rape is the wrong term, since it's so emotionally loaded, but the central aspect of any transaction is that both parties understand and agree to what is being offered. You can't consent to something when the material elements of it are being withheld from you. And non-consensual sex is wrong, and illegal. The fact that our culture thinks material goods are more important to protect than women's body autonomy is a societal flaw - and not one that anyone should be defending.
