You co-create your society by the things that you say, do, tolerate, accept, etc. The fact that you may have no conscious desire for that to be harmful to someone else doesn't mean that it isn't. If you are applying for a job with your white sounding name and get preferenced over someone with a Black sounding one, that is you benefiting from systemic racism, even if you don't want to. This isn't rocket science. I don't have to know you because you are part of social system as well as an individual.
Cognitive science says that only about 2% of thought is conscious. You (and anyone else who hasn't done the work to truly individuate - which is most people) is primarily run by their unconscious - which is filled with bias, stereotypes, cultural programming, etc. A lot of that is from your childhood, but it's also contributed to by what you put into your head currently. You are a part of your culture and beyond that I can also tell a lot about who you are by the way you have responded in this conversation.
I'm sure you do have challenges I don't have. That isn't what's at issue here. It's not a contest. It's possible to care about more than one person or more than one thing at a time. The fact that you would even say something like that goes to prove that there is no point in any further discussion.
