You don't get to decide for other people what they mean by what they have said. That's not "thinking" - it's foisting your preconceived notions onto other people and then blaming them for it. If you aren't certain what they mean and suspect that it might go beyond what they have explicitly said, then you need to ask them for clarification, not just jump to conclusions.

As I've already told you 5 or 6 different times, no-one is mentioning viability specifically because it doesn't need to be said. Overwhelmingly everyone in mainstream discourse about this topic accepts the balances that were laid out in Roe and assumes that everyone else does too. You don't need to make an explicit argument for something that is already a given in everyone's mind. What about that don't you understand?

Again, for the third time, nearly all abortions take place by week 8 and certainly by week 12. The only time they are taking place later than that has to do with maternal health, the possibility of severe birth defects, and things like that. Those are the generally accepted exceptions to the viability cut-off under Roe (for the past 50 years). After Dobbs, there are now states where that is illegal. That's what "with no restrictions" means. It’s speaking to that.

Some states have recently made laws where the health or wellbeing of the mother is not considered relevant, where the trauma of having to carry to term a severely deformed fetus is considered inconsequential. There are places where women with incomplete spontaneous miscarriages can't get D&Cs and will die of sepsis. There are places where ectopic pregnancies (which are not viable 100% of the time) cannot be terminated even though it puts the life of the woman in severe jeopardy. This is what "with no restrictions" refers to. You have to take into account the real world here, and not just how you imagine people are feeling or thinking.

These people who are writing about abortion simply want the rights that were codified under Roe back. Unless they specifically say that they want something more than that, you should assume that is what they are talking about. Jumping to conclusions about what they actually mean but haven't said isn't being smart or insightful, it's actually the opposite.

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
