You don't get to determine what hurts someone else. Physical harm is not the only kind that counts. There's a whole subset of torture known as "psychological torture."

I'm not even going to touch the fragility thing, because there is no point, based on your complete lack of comprehension about how power dynamics work as well as your inability to separate out the difference between attacking individuals and speaking about social systems which perpetrate harm.

Plus, you just said that only physical harm counts in the same breath as complaing about "reprehensible things" said by "Woke Folk." So which is it? Can words be harmful or not? Make up your mind. And what you consider a minor scattered offense is deeply, deeply offensive and hurtful to a Jewish person. It trivializes genocide and reminds us that "just words" about the character, humanity, and supposed greed of the Jews is how they ended up in those concentration camps in the first place.

Please yourself... your theory is full of holes.
