You don't live in her neighborhood. She's talking about her own experiences. Please don't jump in with yours as if they are relevant to her discussion of her neighborhood. This is very disrespectful and not helpful. She didn't say no men are ever afraid ever, she clearly said and you highlighted, that no man in her neighborhood would have felt the need to carry a weapon on a jog.
