You said that "sexual power" was way more important than political or economic power - that's either universal, or it's non-existent - guess which one it is?
And why is having the right to say no to someone you aren't interested in "sexual power." For men, that's just called another regular day... Men don't date women they are not attracted to, they don't "just give her a chance" the way women are all too often exhorted to. That's only a problem when women do it if you think of them as a commodity that you are entitled to rather than as a human being, the way a man is.
