You would not believe how often that gets said, as if women should have no standards, and care nothing about chemistry, much less safety. They are supposed to just be available for sex on demand, but if they actually do that they are sluts. The latest thing now is if a guy expresses interest in a woman and she turns him down, no matter how politely, she gets called ugly and a bitch for doing so. This belief that women exist for the pleasure and enjoyment of men is still very, very strong and prevalent.

This goes hand in hand with the belief that a woman should give a "nice guy" a chance, even if she's just not feeling it, but no one ever says that to a man - ever. "Just go on a few dates with her. Maybe you'll end up liking her. She's really, really nice." 🙄
