You'll take them from people you are attracted to - but that's overwhelmingly NOT what is taking place. If you were in prison and couldn't get away from all sorts of people you were not at all attracted to hitting on you, making you feel like prey, making you uncomfortable and unsafe, you wouldn't like it one bit. Then, and only then would you understand what it's like to be treated that way as a woman- since you were a young child.

Someone who isn't completely stunted in the empathy department wouldn't need the prison analogy and would understand it without having to have it explained.
